Our Organic Ethiopian Guji Uraga is a refined and expressive coffee sourced from the Koba area of the Uraga district in Ethiopia’s celebrated Guji Zone. Grown at high elevations between 2000 and 2250 meters above sea level, this coffee develops slowly in the cool highland climate, producing exceptional clarity, aroma, and complexity.

Produced at the Guji-Uraga washing station operated by Kuri Mountain Coffee under the leadership of Habtamu Fekadu Aga, this lot represents the work of approximately 450 small-scale farmers cultivating traditional garden coffee across nearly 500 hectares. The surrounding landscape features rich loamy soil and mountainous terrain adjacent to Dimtu Ambella and Yirgacheffe, conditions that are ideal for producing world-class Arabica.

Vibrant, floral, and citrus-driven cup profiles are cultivated using organic practices by dedicated smallholder farmers, this offering reflects generations of agricultural knowledge and craftsmanship.
